Please be advised that all sales are final once the order has
been shipped. Any order can be modified prior to the shipping.
No returns or refunds will be honored without express
permission and the return of the order complete and in resalable condition.
Once a package is shipped, we at BG's Candles are not
responsible for the loss or damage during shipping. All our packages are
mailed using Priority Mail with the USPS and tracked. Orders
over $50.00 are insured and will be remade after a
waiting period of 45 days or sooner depending on the USPS investigation into the
lost package.
